Coatings to suit both the application and the substrate, including various ceramics, hard chrome plate and others.

Stators: Numerous elastomers including nitrile, natural rubber, high nitrile, Chlorosulphonated pe, fluoroelastomer and EPDM.

Description

The original, well proven and cost effective design for flows up to 60 m3/hr and pressures of 10 bar. Developed in the early 1980s, the Merlin Industrial pump range is based on a proven traditional pin-joint design and can be supplied with either free-moulded or moulded-to-metal stators. The result is a compact, cost-effective progressing cavity pump solution with flexible materials of construction to suit the duty.
