Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps
RAN’s AODD pumps offer:

• Self-priming operation and dry-run capability — helpful in intermittent or variable-demand applications.
• Wide material variety: housings in aluminium, stainless steel, polypropylene (PP), PVDF — enabling compatibility with corrosive, abrasive or chemically aggressive fluids.
• Solid, bolted-body construction with full-stroke moulded PTFE diaphragms — delivering robust, leak-free performance.
• Capacity and pressure flexibility — from smaller 1" pumps up to heavy-duty 3" (76.2 mm) units with max working pressure around 7–8 bar.

Electromechanical (EM) Diaphragm Pumps
RAN’s EM diaphragm pumps present an alternative to pneumatic operation, offering:

• Reliable diaphragm-based pumping using electric motors — convenient where compressed air is not desirable or available.
• Construction in multiple housing materials (e.g. aluminium, stainless steel, PP) with compatible diaphragms for flexibility across fluid types.
• Suitable for applications needing consistent flow at moderate pressures (e.g. fluid transfer, chemical dosing, non-hazardous media).

High-Pressure & Piston/Diaphragm Pumps
For demanding slurry, sludge, filter-press or high-pressure tasks, RAN offers high-pressure diaphragm or piston-driven pumps:

• Configurable in 2- or 4-chamber versions, built in cast iron or stainless steel depending on requirements.
• Able to reach fluid outlet pressures up to ~16 bar (depending on model), with capacities up to ~50 m³/h — suitable for filter-press feeding, high-pressure transfers, or viscous/abrasive slurries.
